• Wine Maker’s Notes:

  This well-balanced and fruity gentle-sparkling wine is naturally effervescent as a result of Charmat method fermentation. It has lively notes of cherries and strawberry with a long and dry finish. Its pleasing aroma recalls the romance of roses, raspberries and peaches.

• Pairing:

  This wine is lovely on its own, as an aperitif or paired with cured meats, mild cheeses or shellfish. It particu- lary comes alive as a complement to fresh water fish such as rainbow trout and carp.
