• Wine Maker’s Notes:

  Our Mionetto Prosecco Organic D.o.c Treviso is made with certified organically-grown grapes (Bioagricert Srl. Mionetto). In the vineyard, the grapes are grown without synthetic chemicals and fertilizers. In the cellar, the wine is vinified separately to ensure purity. To reduce the carbon footprint of this wine even further we use recycled materials for the bottle, label and shipper. This delightful Prosecco is bright yellow in color. Its perfume of delicate elderflowers leads to an explosion of golden apples on the palate.

  Mionetto Prosecco Organic is the perfect accompani- ment for seafood risotto, mussels and fish. It is also delicious as an aperitif.
