Collavini

In 1896 the Collavini family began producing great wines from Italy’s
Friuli Venezia Giulia region. Over a century later the tradition continues in the trusted hands of Manlio Collavini and his sons Luigi, Giovanni and Eugenio.

The Collavini’s modern vision incorporates new technology in the cellars while very closely observing the traditional farming methods passed down through the generations.

With this wonderful balance of tradition and innovation, the Collavini
family continues to update their technology and vinification standards at
the winery. Yet, they adhere to a traditional style of farming which keeps their grapes purer and closer to the natural elements of the climate.

The result is a vineyard management style that produces some of Friuli’s most flavorful varietals such as Pinot Grigio, Friulano, Sauvignon Blanc and the acclaimed Sparkling Ribolla Gialla.
