| Serve in a martini glass | |
| 1 oz Mionetto Prosecco DOC | |
| 1 oz premium Vodka | |
| 1 oz Elderflower Liquer | |
| ½ oz fresh lemon juice | |
| ½ oz pinapple juice | |
| Fill shaker with ice and shake all ingredients well. Dip rim of martini glass in 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon grains of paradise. Strain into glass and float 1 tablespoon Mionetto Prosecco DOC on top. |
